CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS
All bookings are confirmed once deposit through Willy Bay Resort has been made.
FINAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS
A guaranteed number of guests is required no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event. The final confirmation of numbers is what will be charged for and is not subject to reduction. An increase in attendance on the day must be advised with at least 24 hours notice and will be charged for accordingly. Any decrease in numbers in excess of 10%, less than 30 days prior to the event will incur a charge.
The catering charges will be included on your invoice from Willy Bay Resort. All payment conditions stated by Willy Bay Resort apply to Margaret River Hospitality Group.
Margaret River Hospitality Group Catering reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of the estimated total value of the function as follows (or venue hire, which ever is greater) if full cancellation occurs within 3 months of the scheduled date.
A 25% surcharge applies to the total value of all functions booked on a public holiday. (Total of F&B only)
Cake bags or boxes are to be supplied by the client. Delivery times of cakes are to be arranged with your Margaret River Hospitality Group Catering coordinator prior to goods being delivered. A cake fee will be charged at a minimum cost of $3.50 per person, this fee includes serving with vanilla cream and strawberries.
Margaret River Hospitality Group Catering offers all quotations in good faith based on details provided and reserves the right to advise of alterations or additions to this quotation. Please note all prices are subject to change.
Prices may change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST.
Outside of the terms and conditions listed above Margaret River Hospitality Group aligns itself with the terms and conditions as stated by Willy Bay Resort.
